Join us at Link Up @ Online Tuesday May 12th from 09.00 to 10.30. This free meeting will be online due to the corona virus. Karin Ellis from Ellis Culture will talk about how to achieve better communication across cultures.
The goal of this mini-seminar is to be able to reduce misunderstandings and communication issues, by learning about indirect communication and how to handle it. It will also address what kind of communication is expected by Norwegians.

Karin Ellis is an IT engineer with 30 years of professional experience and 20 years of leadership experience in large international companies where she worked closely with people from around the world. In 2011, she founded her own company, Ellis Culture, developing and conducting job-related courses with specific tips on how to achieve better communication across cultures. Karin has written the books ‘Working with Norwegians’ and ‘Applying for jobs in Norway’, and is currently working on her third book about multicultural workplaces. She is also the Honorary Consul of Estonia in Bergen.
