CEO Robert Myrseth Olsen will tell us how ROVAS provides accredited inspections, underwater survey, engeneering and project management for maritime operations, for the Aquaculture, offshore and power distribution industry. Robert has 20 years of experience with startups and has successfully founded and grown several companies wich all have at one point been sold. He’s been working within offshore service, staffing agency, commercial real estate and underwater mapping and inspection.

Italian Simona Petroncini is passionate about renewable energy and she is the founder of solar panel company Solbære AS. Simona will share with us her entrepreneurial journey, challenges as a multicultural entrepreneur and as a woman working in a male dominated field.

Simona Petroncini is founder, general and technical manager of Solbære AS. In 2016 she chose to start her own solar cell company in the rainy city of Bergen, with the goal of being part of the renewable change and the green shift in Norway.

But then came the pandemic and everything was put on hold. Holding onto dream despite the impact of Covid, has paid off. Her company have just been bought by a Norwegian energy company Greenstat.
